Dear Angel,
You sure are a good girl and need attention. Demanding attention from parents is a right to every kid. Now as your mom has given up on you, why don't you try and connect with your dad. Try to be frends with your dad and make him understand the suffering you are going through. He is ought to understand as he must have spent quality time with your mom. Also, try to get close to your mom. Always be nice to her when she misbehaves. Sooner, she will lower her shields and confront you about anything bothering her. Usually girls are a mother's strentgh, so she will be friends with you if you try to extend a friendly hand first.
