Friendship and relationship sparsely goes hand in hand. So you should think twice before you take the big decision. Do you value her more as a friend or as a lover? If you are sure that she might feel the same way and are willing to risk your friendship then go for it. Just beware that if you do make a move she might feel a bit embarassed about it. But you already have a win-win situation.
